Although our self-management websites are easy to use, we understand that some people might like the reassurance of a comprehensive tuition and technical support service.

For every package, we have created our own easy-to-follow training DVD and E-book which will teach you everything you need to know about editing and updating your website.

We also have a technical support line (available during office hours) which can offer direct personal assistance if required and we have a fully qualified IT tutor who can offer in-house training to yourself, or your staff.

On our more advanced packages, where the options for changing your website are greater, we have included up to 3 hours in-house tuition for free. We also offer 1 year's free technical support (up to 1 hour a month), which can be continued after the first year as part of our monthly support package.
